• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates.

In-Home / White Glove Delivery Fee (larger items)

• The in-home / white glove delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) for larger items delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates.

• Shipping time is approximately 2–4 weeks, though remote areas may take longer.

• We partner with a professional shipping company for deliveries to customers outside our local delivery areas.

• Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days before delivery with an estimated time of delivery.

• Includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice.

• If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects or missing items must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. If the receipt from the carrier is signed and issues are not notated, Shop Madern is not responsible for any defects or damages found after delivery is completed.
