Notice to Colorado Customers.

We are part of Lynx Design Studio, LLC which includes Lynx Design Studio+, Shop Madern and Madern Kids, from this point forward referred to as “We”. We are committed to complying with the State of Colorado’s notice and reporting requirements for sales use tax in the state of Colorado due to no physical or economic nexus. To comply with current notice and reporting requirements, we must comply with the following:

Provide a written notice on all invoices, order forms, sales receipts or similar correspondences, whether in paper or electronic form, to each purchaser at the time of each sale that states:

Colorado sales tax was not collected on this sale and the purchase is not exempt from Colorado sales or use tax merely because it is made over the internet or by other remote means, and the State of Colorado requires purchasers to report all purchases taxable in Colorado for which no tax was collected by the retailer and pay tax on those purchases (1 Colo. Code Regs. § 201-1:39-21-112(3.5)(4)(c)). Purchasers can file use tax online through the Colorado Department of Revenue.
