This item is custom framed and printed to order, therefore considered a SPECIAL ORDER.

• Special order merchandise is created to meet the customer's specifications and is considered FINAL SALE.

• Special orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the original sale - 10% restocking fee applies.

• Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping & delivery.

• All artwork is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen in transit, so it is imperative that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please contact our team within 48 hours.

Long Distance In-home Delivery Fee

• The Long Distance In-Home Delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) depending on size/weight for artwork delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates.

Threshold Delivery Details (smaller items and all artwork will ship threshold delivery)

• Shipping time is approximately 1–2 weeks, though remote areas may take longer.

• Delivery team may call the customer 30 minutes before arrival if using a carrier other than USPS, Fed EX or UPS

• Delivery team will bring the order to the threshold of the customer’s home - the first dry area such as the front door, garage or building lobby.

• In an apartment or condo building, the product will be carried up a maximum of two flights of stairs at the building entrance.

• Artwork - The customer is responsible for unpackaging the order and hanging the product.

White Glove In-Home Delivery Details (larger items will ship white glove)

• Shipping time is approximately 1–2 weeks, though remote areas may take longer.

• We partner with a professional shipping company for deliveries to customers outside our local delivery areas.

• Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days before delivery with an estimated time of delivery.

• Includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice.
