Home styling packages starting at $450 per room
Step 1 - Define Your Style
Up to 1 hour consultation (in person or virtual) to get to know you, your likes/dislikes, what you want to achieve and what your budget is. With that information, we will develop 2 persona’s that relate to your style and desired personality for the space.
Step 2 - Concept Development
Present a mood board focusing on the chosen persona, further developing the style and aesthetic of the space including color palette, utilizing any existing pieces you want to keep and suggesting a few new pieces to tie it all together. 2 revisions are included in package price.
Step 3 - Execution
Provide a final room layout, with finish material boards and shopping list to execute the final design yourself. If desired, we can arrange the final package onsite for you billed in addition to the package price on an hourly rate basis.
Pick a room, tell us your budget and we’ll take it from there.
If desired, we can also provide personal shopping services to select new pieces, billed on a hourly rate basis.
Home Staging
Staging | Occupied Home.
Home Assessment. Meeting with the homeowner to assess the home and formulate a room by room plan to make the most out of each space.
Staging Strategy. Interior Stylist will spend up to 2 hours with home owner or realtor and provide ideas on furniture layout, curb appeal, interior and exterior paint colors, artwork and accessories, window treatments, lighting fixtures, and other strategies to help make the home more attractive to potential buyers.
Staging Report. Home owner and realtor will be emailed a detailed staging report on what to add, remove, or change in each space. Report will also include detailed specifications, with imagery, on items recommended to rent or purchase during sale of home.
Presale Walk thru & Accessorizing. Interior Stylist will spend up to 2 hours on site for final accessorizing and walk through of space to make sure home is ready for its first showing.
Packages start at $300 for homes that are listed under $200,000 and within 30 minutes of the Grand Rapids area.
*Additional time onsite can be provided on an hourly rate basis billed at $75/hr.
Staging | Vacant Home.
Onsite walk through and home assessment with the realtor or home owner to evaluate the space and formulate a plan.
Furnishing and accessories for three main rooms of realtor or home owner’s choice.
Includes smaller artwork and accessories in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms.
Includes un-staging of the house after home has sold.
Packages start at $1,500 for homes that are listed under $200,000 and within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids.
Parade Home Packages start at $2,000 that are listed for under $300,000 and located within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids.
