Home Styling & Staging.

step 1 - consultation

Up to 1 hour consultation (in person or virtual) to get to know you, your likes/dislikes, what you want to achieve with your space and what your budget is. We will also gain an understanding of what you want to re-use, replace and how to make the space function better. 

step 2 - interior redesign

Interior redesign is the art and process of using most, if not all of your existing pieces in new and unique ways. This is a really fun and creative process where we are going to ‘shop the house’ to refresh and transform your desired space.

step 3 - execution

We will then provide final furniture arrangement and room accessorizing to complete the redesign . If budget allows, we can source or shop for a new statement piece or accessories to enhance and complete the room.

Staging | Occupied Home.

• Home Assessment. Meeting with the homeowner to assess the home and formulate a room by room plan to make the most out of each space.  

• Staging Strategy. Interior Stylist will spend up to 2 hours with home owner or realtor and provide ideas on furniture layout, curb appeal, interior and exterior paint colors, artwork and accessories, window treatments, lighting fixtures, and other strategies to help make the home more attractive to potential buyers. 

• Staging Report. Home owner and realtor will be emailed a detailed staging report on what to add, remove, or change in each space.  Report will also include detailed specifications, with imagery, on items recommended to rent or purchase during sale of home.

• Presale Walk thru & Accessorizing. Interior Stylist will spend up to 2 hours on site for final accessorizing and walk through of space to make sure home is ready for its first showing.

  Packages start at $300 for homes that are listed under $200,000 and within 30 minutes of the Grand Rapids area.

  *Additional time onsite can be provided on an hourly rate basis billed at $75/hr.

Staging | Vacant Home.

• Onsite walk through and home assessment with the realtor or home owner to evaluate the space and formulate a plan.

• Furnishing and accessories for three main rooms of realtor or home owner’s choice.

• Includes smaller artwork and accessories in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms.

• Includes un-staging of the house after home has sold.

  Packages start at $1,500 for homes that are listed under $200,000 and within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids.

  Parade Home Packages start at $2,000 that are listed for under $300,000 and located within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids.
